Director
Ethan Montgomery Frank, TCRG
Ethan Montgomery Frank, TCRG, is an Irish dance teacher, choreographer, and performer dedicated to developing confident, high-achieving dancers.

A California native, he began dancing at age three with the Whelan Kennelly Academy and trained under renowned instructors across the U.S., combining a strong technical foundation with traditional Kerry style. At 18, he moved to train at The Academy Irish Dance Co. in Columbus, Ohio, one of the most competitive schools in the world, where he refined the high-performance standard that defines his teaching today.

Ethan’s achievements include top placements at the Great Britain Championships, All-Ireland Championships, and North American Nationals, along with a runner-up finish at the Mid-America Oireachtas. He has performed internationally with productions such as Celtic Angels and Celtic Illusion and alongside acclaimed Irish bands including The Chieftains, Gaelic Storm, and JigJam.

A certified TCRG with CLRG, Ethan founded The Montgomery Frank Academy in 2025. His students have already earned top placements at the World Championships. His teaching emphasizes individualized training, strong technique, and building confident, disciplined dancers.

All level classes are available in Orlando, FL and Viera, FL.
Beginner
Perfect for beginners, this class builds a strong foundation through basic skills, proper technique, and confidence in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No experience needed! Enjoy your first class for FREE!
Intermediate
Designed for students with some experience, this class builds on foundational skills through more advanced techniques, drills, and strategies. This level is perfect for improving consistency, building confidence, and taking performance to the next level.
Championship
For advanced athletes ready to compete at the highest level, this class focuses on refining technique, elevating performance, and preparing for top-level competition with an emphasis on discipline, strategy, and consistency.
Adult
Step into the rhythm of Irish dance! This welcoming adult class is perfect for beginners or returners. Learn traditional steps, boost fitness, and enjoy lively music in a fun, social setting, no experience needed.
