Our Mission
The Montgomery Frank Academy is built on dedication, passion, and tradition, aiming to inspire and support every dancer who steps foot in our class. The academy welcomes both competitive dancers and those who simply enjoy Irish dance, providing mentorship and personalized guidance to help students reach their full potential. Under Ethan’s leadership, dancers build confidence, set ambitious goals, and develop resilience while learning valuable life lessons through dance.
Director
Ethan Montgomery Frank, TCRG
Ethan Frank, TCRG, is an accomplished Irish dance teacher, choreographer, and performer. He began dancing at age three and trained at The Academy Irish Dance Co., achieving top placements at major competitions like the Great Britain Championships and North American Nationals. Ethan has also toured internationally with shows such as Celtic Angels and Celtic Illusion. In 2025, he earned his TCRG certification and became a registered teacher with CLRG (An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha).
Classes
All level classes are available in Orlando, FL and Viera, FL.
Beginner
Perfect for beginners, this class builds a strong foundation through basic skills, proper technique, and confidence in a supportive, low-pressure environment. No experience needed!
Intermediate
Designed for students with some experience, this class builds on foundational skills through more advanced techniques, drills, and strategies. This level is perfect for improving consistency, building confidence, and taking performance to the next level.
Championship
For advanced athletes ready to compete at the highest level, this class focuses on refining technique, elevating performance, and preparing for top-level competition with an emphasis on discipline, strategy, and consistency.
