"Whenever I have a question about anything dance-related, I know that I can rely on Ethan's wealth of knowledge about Irish dance to give me the exact answer I need. I always knew that Ethan would open his own dance school, and that when he did, his all-encompassing love for Irish dance would be shared with every student that he teaches. His commitment to Irish dancing guarantees that each dancer who takes from him will reach their fullest potential. The journey of The Montgomery Frank Academy is so exciting to watch as a friend, and it will certainly be a true privilege for any dancer to be a part of."

"Ethan was not only a fierce and talented competitor on stage, but also one of the kindest and most caring people you could meet off stage. His determination made him a standout in every competition, but it was his warmth, generosity, and genuine care for others that truly set him apart. Ethan had the rare ability to push himself to the highest level while lifting up those others, making him both an inspiration and a friend to so many in the Irish dance community. With his passion, dedication, and heart, he will no doubt make a wonderful teacher to any student."

"Having had the privilege of watching Ethan grow as both a dancer and see his school officially open feels like a natural continuation of his journey. Watching him train his students and prepare them for big performances showed me the remarkable teacher he has become. Ethan cares deeply both physically and mentally, building the confidence, resilience, and strength they need to reach their full potential. He creates a supportive, family-like environment where dancers are nurtured from within and inspired to shine. He teaches more than technical excellence, drive, and discipline; he empowers his students to become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the stage. Any dancer learning under Ethan is in extraordinary hands, and I’m excited to watch his school and dancers continue to excel!"

"Throughout my friendship with Ethan, his love and passion for dance has been so incredibly inspiring. His excellence in teaching, choreography and professionalism is something that cannot always easily be energized, but Ethan proves this wrong. This school is ran by someone who I am lucky to call a friend. I am confident that Ethan is willing to go above and beyond for each and every one of his dancers to ensure they reach the top."
