Ethan Montgomery Frank TCRG is a world-class Irish dance teacher, choreographer, and performer committed to developing dancers into champions. A California native, Ethan began Irish dancing at the age of three and quickly advanced through the competitive ranks. At the peak of his career, he trained under World Champions Byron Tuttle ADCRG and Edward Searle ADCRG at The Academy Irish Dance Co., one of the most prestigious and successful Irish dance schools in the world. He was also privileged to learn from a distinguished group of instructors, including Patricia Kennelly, ADCRG; Sean Collins, TCRG; Sharon Whelan-MacSweeney, ADCRG; Sheila Gallagher, TCRG; Sondra Greene, ADCRG; Myra Watters, ADCRG; JR Walker, ADCRG; and Mary Caitrin Lynch, TCRG.
Ethan’s competitive achievements include placing in the Top 5 at the Great Britain Championships, Top 15 at the All Ireland Championships, Top 10 at the North American Nationals, runner-up at the Mid-America Oireachtas, and numerous champion titles across the United States. Outside of competition, Ethan has performed on the worlds biggest stages, touring with Celtic Angels (USA), Celtic Illusion (Australia), and the Dublin Irish Festival (Ohio). He has also performed alongside acclaimed Irish trad bands including Gaelic Storm and JigJam.
In 2025, Ethan successfully completed his TCRG certification in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is a registered teacher with CLRG (An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha).
